Are There Ways to Boost Immune System Without Nutrition?

Nutrition is essential for good health, but there are many other ways to boost immune system.

Having a good nutritional and balance diet does help keep your immune system strong, but if you’re continually getting sick or you want to prevent in getting ill in the future, there are some activities you should also consider doing.

Ways to Boost Immune System

Moderate exercise has been linked to a positive immune system response and a temporary boost in the production of macrophages, the cells that attack bacteria. Exercise also releases endorphins, which improve your mood and are also natural pain relievers.
Regular, consistent exercise (like walking 20-30 minutes daily) can lead to substantial benefits in immune system health over the long-term.

Adequate restful sleep restores our bodies and refreshes our minds. During deep sleep, our bodies release potent immune-enhancing substances that strengthen immune function. By not getting sufficient rest, your body’s immune system will sputter and not work at full capacity which makes you more likely to become ill with a cold or flu.
A good deep sleep allows our body to release a significant amount of growth hormone that boost immune system and aids in the growth and repair of the body. It is recommended that you get 7-9 hours of sleep a night to keep your body working at full speed.

Adequate amounts of Alkaline Water is the most critical of all essential nutrients. We can survive weeks on our body’s store of food, but without water, life would be over in a matter of days. Every function of the body uses water. Water is necessary for your body to digest and absorb vitamins and nutrients. It also detoxifies the liver and kidneys, and carries away waste from the body. Our digesting, circulation, or transporting of nutrients, won’t happen without water. Water also helps to build tissue, maintaining body temperature and keeps the immune system strong. It is recommended that you drink at least one quart of water per 50lbs of your body weight.

Getting adequate rest, water and exercise is some of the most common ways to boost the immune system. Lets take a look at some activities that are not as common.

Body cleansing is essential to good health. Much of the immune system operates in our gut, since this is a pathway for ingested food, a major source of intake of foreign matter into the body.Everything we eat ends up in our bowels as toxins. As these toxins build up, we end up with various diseases, and it makes it more challenging to absorb proper nutrients. Having our colon cleansed is one of many ways to boost immune system.

Prayer with your Creator may not change the circumstances of your illness, but it will change you, and help you deal with the challenges of living healthy. Moses, David, Jeremiah, Isaiah, and many others used prayer to assist in their protection from disease and the healing of their bodies.

When we fear the Lord and turn away from evil, it will be healing to your body, and refreshment to your bones. (Prov. 3:8)The benefit of being His child is that He pardons all our iniquities, heals all your diseased, redeems your life from the pit, crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion, satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like an eagle (Ps. 103:3-5)
