Our Creator,God, has equipped us with all the tools necessary in order to enjoy an abundant, joyful, and healthy life. The human body is fearfully and wonderfully made by its Creator. He has gifted us with an amazing protection mechanism called the immune system.
Our bodies are constantly being challenged in order to protect itself from disease and sickness. Thus, we need to be aware of the choices we select in order to keep our immune system functioning strong.

Factors that impair the immune system include nutrient deficiencies, contaminated air, water and food, unhealthful lifestyles and too much exposure to harmful microbes. Other factors that weaken the immune system are negative attitudes, along with improper use of our emotions. Environmental waste such as toxic metals, toxic chemicals and biological toxins are other factors that can impair our body's immune system. Aligning our bodies with tools to prevent sluggish metabolism, unrest and lack of sleep, excessive stress or too much energy are causative factors which can disallow the immune system to improve.

The most obvious way to strengthen your immune system is practicing good nutrition. Since our bodies cannot produce the nutrients it needs to maintain good health, we need to feed it proper nutrients. There are many nutrients which are required by your body for normal functioning and maintaining good health. A properly balanced diet of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and water help provide our body cells, tissues, and organs the support for normal growth and development.
